We collect personal information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our website or services.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, mailing address, email address, phone number
• Date of birth (for firearm-related transactions and age verification)
• Government-issued ID information (for FFL transfers and ATF Form 4473)
• Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor)
• Account login credentials (username, hashed password)
• Communication content when you contact us, post in our member groups, or submit forms
• VIP Membership subscription details and transaction history
• Drawing entry information (mail-in entries)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, device information
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring website
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies
• Approximate geographic location based on IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• Process firearm sales, FFL transfers, engraving services, and other transactions
• Comply with federal and Florida firearms laws including ATF and Florida Department of Law Enforcement requirements
• Manage your VIP Membership subscription, billing, and renewals
• Verify eligibility for our Monthly Firearm Drawing
• Communicate with you about orders, services, drawings, and membership
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, renewal notices, drawing notifications)
• Send marketing communications, but only if you have explicitly opted in
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve our website, products, and services
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations, court orders, and regulatory requirements

3. Legal Compliance & Firearms Records

As a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL #1-59-101-01-9E-61035), we are required by federal law to collect and maintain certain customer information for firearm-related transactions, including:

• ATF Form 4473 records — retained for a minimum of 20 years as required by federal law
• NICS background check information
• Bound book entries for all firearm acquisitions and dispositions
• Records of any required state or local reporting

These firearm records are subject to inspection by the ATF and may be transferred to the ATF if Reldan Tactical ceases operations. We do not have discretion to delete or modify these records, even at customer request, as required by 27 CFR § 478.129.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Payment processors (Authorize.Net), website hosting (GoDaddy), email service providers (MailPoet), and analytics tools — strictly to provide services on our behalf
• Government agencies: ATF, FBI (NICS), state and local law enforcement, IRS, FDACS, or other regulators when required by law or legal process
• Legal compliance: Court orders, subpoenas, lawful requests, or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, customer information may transfer to the successor entity
• Drawing winners: Limited information (name, city, state) may be publicly disclosed for required winners list and promotional purposes
• With your consent: Any other sharing with your explicit permission

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. Cookie types include:

6. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Authorize.Net, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. 7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specifically:

• Firearm transaction records (ATF 4473, bound book): 20+ years as required by federal law
• Tax and financial records: 7 years
• Active VIP membership data: For the duration of membership plus 3 years
• Drawing entry records: Minimum 90 days post-drawing as required by Florida law
• Marketing email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
• Website analytics: Up to 26 months

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know: Request information about what personal data we collect, use, and share
• Right to access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements, especially firearm records)
• Right to opt out of sale: We do not sell personal information
• Right to opt out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Important limitation: Federal firearm records (ATF 4473, bound book) cannot be deleted at customer request due to federal record-keeping requirements (27 CFR § 478.129). Florida tax records also cannot be deleted before required retention periods expire.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Firearm-related transactions require age 21+ for handguns and most firearms. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails only to customers who have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
• Emailing sales@reldantactical.com with subject "Unsubscribe"
• Updating your account preferences if you have a VIP membership account

Transactional emails (order confirmations, renewal notices, drawing notifications) will continue regardless of marketing preferences as they are necessary for service delivery.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our website
• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Authorize.Net
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
• Secure password storage using industry-standard hashing
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Physical security at our Hudson, FL location for paper records

No security system is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected customers in accordance with applicable state and federal law, typically within 30 days of discovery. Notifications will be sent to your last-known email address and may include guidance on protective steps.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (including Facebook, Instagram, manufacturer websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

14. International Users

Reldan Tactical operates in the United States. Our services are intended for US residents only. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your country.

15. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom information is shared.
