1. Sponsor

The Reldan Tactical Monthly Firearm Drawing ("Promotion") is sponsored by Reldan Tactical LLC, located at 13703 Lagoon Drive, Hudson, Florida 34667 ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor holds Federal Firearms License #1-59-101-01-9E-61035 and operates in full compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, ATF regulations, and Florida Statutes Chapter 790.

2. Eligibility

Entry eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older.

Prize claim eligibility: To claim any firearm prize, the selected winner must additionally:

• Be at least 21 years of age — Florida law requires age 21 for all firearms purchased or transferred through a licensed FFL dealer (F.S. § 790.065)
• Be legally eligible to possess a firearm under 18 U.S.C. § 922
• Not be a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)
• Be a resident of a state where the prize firearm can legally be transferred
• Possess valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of Reldan Tactical LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Each monthly drawing period begins on the 1st day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on the last Thursday of that month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The drawing is conducted on the last Friday of each month at approximately 10:00 AM Eastern Time, announced live on the Reldan Tactical Facebook page at facebook.com/ReldanTactical.

The Promotion continues monthly until Sponsor provides 30 days' advance notice of termination to all entrants.

4. How to Enter

METHOD 1 — FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (Alternate Method of Entry)

Hand-print the following information on a 3" × 5" card or single sheet of paper:

• Your full legal name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• State of residence
• The specific monthly drawing you are entering (example: "May 2026 Monthly Drawing")
• The statement: "I wish to enter the Reldan Tactical Monthly Firearm Drawing"

Place your completed entry card in an envelope and mail it to:

Optional — Receipt Confirmation: If you would like written confirmation that your entry was received, include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) along with your entry card. Reldan Tactical will mail back a confirmation slip in the SASE you provide.

Entries must be received by Reldan Tactical no later than the last Thursday of the applicable drawing month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person per monthly drawing period. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Free entries carry equal odds of winning as VIP member entries.

METHOD 2 — VIP MEMBERSHIP (Paid Entry)

Purchase a Reldan Tactical VIP Membership subscription at reldantactical.com/reldan-tactical-vip-membership for the current monthly rate. Each active monthly membership automatically generates one (1) entry into that month's drawing period. Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing period regardless of number of memberships or payments. 5. Entry Limits

• Maximum one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing period regardless of entry method
• Free mail-in entry and VIP membership each count as one entry — they cannot be combined
• Multiple entries from the same person will be reduced to one (1) entry, with priority given to the entry submitted first
• Automated, bulk, or mechanically generated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified

6. Prize Description

One (1) Grand Prize winner is selected each monthly drawing period. The prize is one (1) firearm or prize package as announced on the Reldan Tactical Facebook page and website before each drawing. The approximate retail value (ARV) varies by month and is disclosed prior to each drawing on the Reldan Tactical website at reldantactical.com.

• The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner
• Sponsor may issue a Form 1099-MISC for prizes with ARV of $600 or more

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner is selected per monthly drawing period by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that period. Drawings are conducted on the last Friday of each month at approximately 10:00 AM Eastern Time using a verified random selection process, announced live on the Reldan Tactical Facebook page.

Potential winners are notified by email and phone within 24 hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Winners must complete and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility within five (5) days of notification if requested by Sponsor.

Reldan Tactical's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

8. Firearm Transfer Requirements

• Winner must visit Reldan Tactical in Hudson, FL within 30 days of notification, or arrange transfer to a licensed FFL dealer in their state at their own expense
• Winner must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
• Winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check
• Florida mandatory 3-day waiting period applies for handgun transfers unless winner holds a valid Florida CWFL
• Winner must be 21 years of age or older to claim any firearm prize under Florida law (F.S. § 790.065)
• If winner fails NICS check or cannot legally receive the firearm under applicable federal, state, or local law, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected
• If winner does not complete the transfer within 30 days of notification, the prize is forfeited with no compensation

9. Conditions of Participation

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Reldan Tactical LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or acting in bad faith
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned
• In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of record will be deemed the entrant
• Limit one (1) prize per person per calendar year

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or further permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entry information is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Free mail-in entrants (AMOE): Information submitted through the free mail-in entry method is used solely to administer the Promotion and to notify winners. Free entrants are not added to Reldan Tactical's marketing email lists, SMS lists, or other promotional communications without separate, explicit opt-in consent.

12. General Conditions

• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platform
• All federal, state, and local laws apply
• This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law
• Florida law governs this Promotion
• All disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pasco County, Florida
