No More Form 4 Wait
Suppressors & SBRs at Our Hudson, FL FFL
Buying a suppressor or short-barreled rifle used to mean months of waiting. Since October 9, 2026, however, the ATF no longer requires Form 4 approval or NFA registration for suppressors and SBRs. As a result, you can now buy one the same way you buy a rifle.

You fill out a Form 4473, pass the NICS check, and take it home after Florida’s waiting period. Best of all, there are no fingerprints, no photos, and no ATF approval wait.

Federal law changed by ATF enforcement policy, not by repeal, so future policy could change. Machine guns and destructive devices still require full NFA processing. - Pick it upBring your ID, fill out the ATF Form 4473, and pass the NICS background check.
