Welcome to Reldan Tactical Membership. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

1. About Reldan Tactical LLC

Reldan Tactical LLC ("Reldan Tactical," "we," "us," or "our") is a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL #1-59-101-01-9E-61035) located at 13703 Lagoon Drive, Hudson, Florida 34667. We provide firearm sales, FFL transfers, custom engraving, and related services.

2. Membership Subscription

Reldan Tactical Membership ("Membership") is a recurring monthly subscription that grants the member ("you," "Member") access to the benefits of the tier purchased, as described on our website at the time of purchase.

2.1 Membership Tiers & Pricing

We offer three membership tiers, each a recurring monthly subscription:

Insider — $25/month
Tactical Club — $50/month
Elite — $100/month

Benefits are cumulative: Tactical Club includes all Insider benefits, and Elite includes all Tactical Club and Insider benefits, plus each tier's additional benefits as described in Section 3 and on the membership page.

Billing Cycle: Your card is charged on the same calendar day each month, beginning on the date of your initial subscription. For memberships starting on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, renewal will occur on the last day of months that do not contain that date.
Auto-Renewal: Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Payment Method: A valid credit or debit card is required. We process payments through Authorize.Net, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Reldan Tactical does not store your full card information on our servers.
Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your tier through your account dashboard. Tier changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at the point of change.

3. Member Benefits

Active members receive the benefits of their tier as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. Benefits are cumulative across tiers.

Member Pricing on Firearms. Active members receive member-only pricing on qualifying in-store firearm purchases at our Hudson, FL location. Specific pricing is quoted at the point of sale and varies by firearm and tier. Insider members receive select member-only deals; Tactical Club members receive preferred member pricing; Elite members receive our best available member pricing.

FFL Transfers. Tactical Club members receive $20 standard FFL transfers; Elite members receive $10 standard FFL transfers. Insider members and non-members pay the regular posted transfer fee. Applies to incoming transfers only.

Accessory Savings. Insider members receive 5% off select accessories; Tactical Club members 10% off select accessories; Elite members 15% off select accessories.

Custom Engraving. 20% off custom laser engraving services for active members.

Layaway. Member layaway is available to Tactical Club members; VIP layaway is available to Elite members.

Priority Service & Early Inventory Access. Members receive early notification of new inventory and priority phone support, with priority special orders and first access to rare inventory for Elite members.

Member Updates & Community. Active members receive private member updates, member-only deals, and access to the members-only community.

Monthly Firearm Drawing. Each active member, regardless of tier, receives one automatic entry per active month into our monthly firearm drawing, on equal terms with all other entrants. A higher tier does not increase entries, odds, or prize value. No purchase is necessary to enter or win; see Section 4 and our Official Rules for complete drawing terms and the free alternate method of entry.

Member Appreciation. Active members may be eligible for member appreciation events, special promotions, and monthly member perks offered from time to time as a bonus. Eligibility, availability, and participation rules may vary by promotion. No purchase necessary where required by law.

3.1 Benefit Limitations

Benefits are non-transferable. Only the named subscriber may use member benefits.
Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Member firearm pricing is available for in-store purchases at our Hudson, FL location only. Online firearm sales are not currently available.
FFL transfer rates apply to firearms shipped to Reldan Tactical from licensed dealers or private parties as legally permitted.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Reldan Tactical reserves the right to refuse a transaction if local, state, or federal law prohibits the sale or transfer.

3.2 Verification

To use any member benefit, you must identify yourself as an active member at the point of service. We verify active membership status in our internal records before applying any member benefit. If your membership is not active at the time of service, the standard non-member rate applies.

4. Monthly Firearm Drawing

4.1 Eligibility & Entry

Active members are automatically entered into the monthly drawing — one entry per member per month.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail in a stamped envelope to: Reldan Tactical LLC, Attn: Monthly Drawing Free Entry, 13703 Lagoon Drive, Hudson, FL 34667. Limit one free entry per person per monthly drawing period.
Entry Cutoff: Entries (member and free) must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last Thursday of the applicable drawing month.
Free entries and member entries have equal odds of winning.
Entry is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Winners must be at least 21 years of age to claim any firearm prize under Florida law (F.S. § 790.065).
You must be legally permitted to possess a firearm under federal, state, and local law to claim a firearm prize.

4.2 Drawing Process

Drawings are held on the last Friday of each calendar month at approximately 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Winners are selected using a random number generator and announced live on the Reldan Tactical Facebook page.
Winners are notified by email and phone within 24 hours of the drawing.
Notified winners must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification. Failure to respond within this window will result in selection of an alternate winner.
Once a winner has confirmed, they have 30 days to complete the in-person prize transfer at our Hudson, FL location, or to arrange transfer to a licensed FFL in their home state at their own expense.

4.3 Prize Claim Requirements

Firearm prizes must be claimed in person at our Hudson, FL location, or transferred to a licensed FFL in the winner's state of residence at the winner's expense.
Winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before taking possession of any firearm prize.
Florida's mandatory 3-day waiting period applies unless the winner holds a valid Florida Concealed Weapons or Firearm License (handguns only).
If the winner cannot pass a NICS check or cannot legally receive the firearm under applicable law, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize value.
Reldan Tactical may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes with an approximate retail value of $600 or more.

4.4 Void Where Prohibited

The drawing is void where prohibited by law. Reldan Tactical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the monthly drawing program at any time without prior notice. Such modification will not affect drawings for which membership benefits have already been paid in the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard at reldantactical.com/my-account. Online cancellation is available 24/7 and does not require a phone call or email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all member benefits until that date.
No refunds are provided for partial months.
You will not be charged again after cancellation processes.

6. Refunds

Reldan Tactical Membership is a non-refundable subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: voluntary cancellation; failure to use member benefits during a paid period; loss of access due to unpaid renewal or payment failure; or dissatisfaction with the program or its benefits. The sole exception is set forth in Section 9, where Reldan Tactical materially reduces benefits.

7. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is placed on hold and benefits are temporarily suspended.
You will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.
If payment is not successfully processed within 7 days of the failed renewal, your subscription will be cancelled.
Cancelled members must purchase a new membership to regain benefits.

8. Member Conduct

Reldan Tactical reserves the right to immediately terminate any membership without refund if the member: engages in illegal activity; misrepresents their identity, age, or eligibility to possess firearms; behaves abusively or threateningly toward Reldan Tactical staff, contractors, or other members; shares member benefits, accounts, or discount codes with non-members; violates the terms of the members-only community; or attempts to defraud Reldan Tactical or other members.

9. Modifications to Benefits

Reldan Tactical reserves the right to modify, add, or remove member benefits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to active members. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If we materially reduce benefits, you may cancel your membership without penalty and receive a prorated refund of any portion of the current billing period that has not yet been used.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during subscription is used to manage your account, process payments, deliver benefits, and communicate with you about your membership. We do not sell or share member data with third parties for marketing purposes. Free entrants who submit alternate-method-of-entry drawing entries are not added to marketing lists without separate, explicit opt-in consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Reldan Tactical's total liability arising from this membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member in the 12 months preceding any claim. Reldan Tactical is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Reldan Tactical is not liable for member injury, death, or property damage related to the use of any firearm purchased, transferred, or won through this program. Member assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful use of firearms.

12. Federal & State Law Compliance

All firearm sales, transfers, and prize awards are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Reldan Tactical complies with all ATF regulations, Florida firearms laws, and applicable Pasco County ordinances. Members are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to their situation.

13. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this membership will be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida, or by binding arbitration if both parties agree.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
