1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing reldantactical.com (the Website), placing an order, requesting an FFL transfer, or using any service provided by Reldan Tactical LLC (Company, we, us, or our), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To purchase firearms or ammunition from Reldan Tactical LLC, you must meet the following minimum age requirements under federal law:
- Handguns and handgun ammunition: Must be 21 years of age or older
- Rifles, shotguns, and long gun ammunition: Must be 18 years of age or older
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. You will be required to present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the time of firearm transfer. Orders placed by individuals who do not meet age requirements will be cancelled and refunded, less any payment processing fees.
3. Prohibited Persons
It is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) for any of the following persons to purchase, receive, or possess a firearm:
- Any person convicted of a felony or a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
- Any person under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
- Any fugitive from justice
- Any unlawful user of or person addicted to any controlled substance
- Any person adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution
- Any illegal alien or person unlawfully in the United States
- Any person who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
- Any person who has renounced their US citizenship
- Any person subject to a qualifying domestic violence restraining order
- Any person convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
- Any person who has received notification that they are prohibited from possessing firearms under applicable state law
By completing any purchase or transfer, you certify under penalty of law that you are not a prohibited person. Providing false information on ATF Form 4473 is a federal crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices on our Website are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Sales Tax: Florida sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to or picked up in Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes § 212.
MAP Compliance: Certain manufacturers require us to adhere to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at prices posted in error.
5. Background Check Requirements
All firearm transfers are subject to a federal background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) as required by the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act. No firearm will be transferred until the background check process is complete and a Proceed response is received from NICS or the applicable state point of contact.
- Proceed: Transfer may be completed
- Delayed: Transfer is on hold pending further review. We will contact you when the delay is resolved. Delays may last up to 3 business days, after which transfer may proceed if no denial is received (per 18 U.S.C. § 922(t)(1)(B)(ii))
- Denied: Transfer is prohibited by law. A denied background check does not result in a refund of the firearm purchase price unless required by applicable law. You may appeal a denial through the FBI NICS Section
ATF Form 4473 must be completed accurately and in full. Any misrepresentation on this form constitutes a federal felony.
6. Florida Mandatory Waiting Period
Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 790.0655) requires a mandatory three-day waiting period (72 hours, excluding weekends and legal holidays) between the sale and delivery of any firearm. No firearm will be released before this waiting period expires, regardless of whether the background check returns a Proceed response.
Exemptions: The following persons are exempt from the waiting period for handgun purchases only:
- Holders of a valid Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (CWFL)
- Law enforcement officers purchasing for personal use
- Active duty military personnel
Proof of exemption must be presented at the time of transfer.
7. State Compliance and Geographic Restrictions
Reldan Tactical LLC operates as a federally licensed dealer (FFL) in the State of Florida. All sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale or transfer to buyers in states where the specific firearm, accessory, magazine capacity, or feature set would be illegal. This includes but is not limited to:
- States with assault weapons bans
- States restricting magazine capacity
- States requiring special permits or registrations for certain firearms
- States with additional waiting periods beyond Florida’s requirement
- States restricting suppressor ownership
Firearms ordered online must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer’s state. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm their receiving FFL will accept the specific transfer before placing an order.
8. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed at the incorrect price and to notify you of the correct price. You may choose to reorder at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes, wood grain variations, finish batches, or accessory inclusions. Specific serial numbers, wood patterns, or finish tones cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly specified.
9. FFL Transfer Policy
Reldan Tactical LLC accepts incoming firearm transfers from other licensed dealers on behalf of customers. The following terms apply to all FFL transfer services:
- Transfer fee: $25 per firearm, payable at time of pickup
- Customer is responsible for arranging shipment to our FFL address from the selling dealer
- We will notify the customer by phone or email when their firearm arrives
- Customer must pick up their firearm within 30 days of arrival notification. Firearms not claimed within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or returned to the shipper at the customer’s expense
- All incoming transfers are subject to ATF Form 4473 completion and NICS background check
- We reserve the right to refuse any incoming transfer that appears to involve an illegal transaction or prohibited firearm configuration
- Transfer fees are non-refundable once Form 4473 has been initiated
10. Returns and Refunds
Firearms: All firearm sales are final once ATF Form 4473 has been completed and the firearm has been transferred to the buyer. Firearms may not be returned after transfer is complete. If a firearm is found to have a manufacturer defect, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Pre-Transfer Cancellations: Orders cancelled before Form 4473 is initiated are eligible for a full refund less any payment processing fees (typically 3%). Orders cancelled after Form 4473 is initiated but before transfer is complete may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Accessories and Non-Firearm Items: Accessories, gear, and non-firearm products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened condition with receipt. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Ammunition: All ammunition sales are final. No returns on ammunition for any reason.
11. Shipping Policy
Firearms: All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer’s state. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid receiving FFL’s information at checkout. Firearms are shipped via FedEx or UPS with adult signature required. We comply with all carrier policies regarding firearm shipments.
Ammunition: Ammunition is shipped via ground service only in compliance with DOT and carrier hazardous materials regulations. We do not ship ammunition to states where restricted by law.
Accessories: Non-regulated accessories ship via standard carriers. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and the Reldan Tactical name and logo, is the property of Reldan Tactical LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Reldan Tactical LLC does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELDAN TACTICAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
Important firearms safety notice: Reldan Tactical LLC is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from the improper use, storage, handling, or modification of any firearm purchased from or transferred through our business. All firearms are inherently dangerous. Safe handling, proper storage, and compliance with all applicable laws are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.
