Susan Nadler

Susan Nadler is the owner, operator, and Federal Firearms License holder behind Reldan Tactical. She is one of the relatively few women in the United States who hold an FFL dealer’s license — a distinction she earned through genuine commitment to the firearms industry and a passion for making it more accessible and welcoming.
Her Background
Additionally, Susan grew up around firearms and has been an active shooter and collector for years. Carrying daily and competing when time allows, she genuinely loves everything about the firearms community. However, she also saw a real problem: too many gun stores made women feel like outsiders — talked down to, ignored, or treated as an afterthought.
As a result, she built the alternative. Reldan Tactical is a licensed, professional, full-service firearms dealer where everyone is treated with expertise and respect. Furthermore, women specifically have a dealer who understands their needs, their questions, and their right to be armed and capable.

Susan’s mission is simple: every law-abiding person in Pasco County — and beyond — should have the opportunity to own a firearm, learn to use it safely and competently, and feel empowered by that knowledge. Our Story
How Reldan Tactical Came to Be
Susan Nadler grew up in Florida with a deep respect for firearms and the rights they represent. After years of shooting as a hobby and watching friends and family — especially women — struggle to find a dealer who treated them with genuine respect, she decided to build something different.
Furthermore, Susan went through the full ATF FFL licensing process — the compliance training, the legal requirements, the bound book procedures — and earned her Federal Firearms License. Not because someone handed it to her — but because she put in the work. Reldan Tactical is built on that foundation.
Reldan Tactical launched in Hudson, Florida as a full-service online and local FFL dealer. From day one, Susan's vision was clear: serve everyone who walks through the door with competence, honesty, and zero condescension. This was especially important for women who were new to firearms and tired of being ignored..
Today, as a result of that foundation, Reldan Tactical carries hundreds of products, runs weekly firearm giveaways, offers custom engraving, and processes FFL transfers across Pasco and Hernando County. Consequently, the mission remains the same as it was on day one: empower every law-abiding person — man or woman — to own, use, enjoy, and be competent with firearms.
